Tired of working at large agencies where he saw good ideas die on the vine from over-think and over-process, Will started Grove with the idea that a smart, impactful marketing idea shouldn't be so hard to bring to market, no matter your size or budget.

With an MBA in marketing, and over 20 years of agency experience (working with clients like Kraft Foods, Pfizer, Ocean Spray, Fidelity Investments, etc), he is able to continually bring his clients a constant flow of smart, innovative ideas to help exceed their marketing goals.

Ron comes to Grove from VIA, where he ran major creative engagements across all categories and helped the agency snag Adage's "Small Agency of the Year" honors. Before that, he sharpened his writing chops at small agencies, an award-winning documentary publication and as a screenwriter for independent feature films. Ron is a graduate of University of New Hampshire, Burke Mountain Academy and Norton Elementary School in Cheshire, CT—where he barely eeked out a diploma despite the best efforts of many dedicated and determined teachers and administrators.

From Discover Card to HBO, TD Bank to Maidenform to Puma, Welch’s and Sam’s Club, Steve has been the driving force behind numerous brand campaigns in his more than 25 years of agency experience. He has created, defined and overseen the implementation of brand launches for equally many companies ranging from Fortune 500s like State Street to non-profits like Safe Passage and retailers including Sweetbay Supermarkets—a job on which Steve’s leadership included everything from advertising to exterior/interior architecture and product design in 200+ stores. Steve’s portfolio is defined by the wide range of visual voices employed and underpinned by its’ consistently excellent craftsmanship, evident in work spanning both digital and traditional media. He has earned numerous awards for excellence in broadcast and brand identity and is a graduate of the Portland School of Art, which technically no longer exists.

Kristin is the creative genius behind many Grove projects. As Associate Creative Director she not only makes your stuff look fantastic, Kristin also brings the big concept ideas that really make your messages stand out. A graduate of UMASS Amherst and the Massachusetts College of Art, Kristin Collins has worked from coast to coast, for both large-scale advertising agencies as well as small design boutiques, on a variety of clients, spanning everything from fashion to finance. Kristin has been the driving creative force on campaigns for big clients like BOSE, Banknorth, Hood, Raytheon, Puma, Analog Devices, CBS Radio, Monster.com, The Wall Street Journal, and Pfizer to name a few.

The real reason we love having Kristen as part of the Grove team, is that she is the un-official Grove Party Officer. From employee birthday cakes to coffee and donut Friday's, if it's an excuse to party, Kristin's on it.

A graduate of Árvore (a private Art School in Porto, Portugal), Sam cut his teeth at large-scale advertising agencies on a variety of fortune 500 clients, including Cadillac, OnStar, Volkswagen, McDonalds, Royal Caribbean, Tide and Liberty Mutual to name a few. With over fifteen years of professional creative design experience, Sam is the Design Director here at Grove and is the one that makes your brand look and feel fantastic. He has strong experience with brand focus, web design as well as implementing correct IA and UX throughout cross-media platforms. We love having Sam as part of the Grove team, not only can he do awesome design work but he can also rock out some great tunes (we all got his CD for free!)

As our senior developer of all things “front-end” he will make sure your sites not only look perfect, but that they actually work just as well across all browsers and devices. With a brain wired for computer science, Dan has always showed a passion for all things interactive and you can find him surfing sites like Smashing Magazine and Stack Overflow (you don’t need to know what those are, just that it means he’s up to date on his %!@#.) When not sitting in a dark room lit only by a computer screen, you might find Dan hiking one of the many mountains to our north with his wife and one year old son on his back.

Kelly has developed her keen eye for clean, consistent design by working as a designer for more than 20 years at shops like Partners & Simons and Arnold (where she worked on fortune 500 clients like Volvo, Fidelity investments, BCBS and McDonalds). No matter where she’s been, Kelly has been a hardworking and dedicated professional all the way. She has extensive production experience with traditional design in print ads, direct mail, collateral, brand identity and packaging, as well as digital experience with websites, email and online banners. Kelly is all about the detail. She makes sure that when her designs leave grove they look fabu and are in tip-top shape. When Kelly’s not cranking out design projects she’s snapping pics with her camera to feed her obsessive instagram addiction. Watch out, or your picture could end up all over the internet.

Megan is someone who knows how to get things done. Entrusted as a Senior Account Executive on many of our client pieces of business, she uses her keen marketing prowess to making sure your jobs are done right, and that the trains are running on time. A former marketing coordinator in the banking industry, Megan has a nice mix of marketing strategy, communications and project management skills that make her able to leap tall buildings in a single bound. Hailing from the "mitten state" where she graduated from Central Michigan University with a B.S. in Advertising (with minors in Marketing and Sales). Megan is a Midwesterner who loves to laugh (she's even taken a stab at being a standup comedian). When she isn’t working on your business (which isn’t often), she might be off "throwing some clay" in her pottery class. If you ask nicely, she might make you a wobbly vase.
