An Online college gives great flexibility to it's students, but it still lacks the ability to bring the students together for additional group learning and building student relationships. Grove concepted and completely developed a virtual campus for the Bryant & Stratton Online students in Second Life. Now, students can login with their avatars for group learning events like guest speakers, and social events like live concerts. All making these geographically alienated students feel more a part of the school, which increases retention and alumni loyalty.
